For Students

When all the tabs are open, it's not laziness, it's overload

Most college students with ADHD don't struggle to understand the material. The gap shows up in the doing, and that's exactly where we help.

When all the tabs are open, it's not laziness, it's overload

You know what to do, but doing it is different

You know you need to check Canvas. You know assignments have deadlines. But somehow the assignment is late and the email went unread. The gap between knowing and doing is where ADHD really shows up, and it's not a character flaw.

This might sound familiar

  • Late assignments you meant to start earlier
  • An overwhelming inbox where important emails get buried
  • A sleep schedule that's all over the place
  • Skipped meals when everything else is chaos
  • The weight of everything undone, and the stress that comes with it
  • Knowing the strategies but struggling to apply them in real life

What working together looks like

We start with what YOU want to work on, your goals, your real classes, your actual sleep schedule. Not hypothetical scenarios. Depending on what you need, that can mean therapy for the stress and anxiety, occupational therapy for the day-to-day doing, and executive function coaching for structure and follow-through, with accountability that helps rather than judges. The goal isn't to need us forever; it's to help you trust yourself to follow through.

You don't have to figure this out alone
