What to expect at your first visit
We always welcome new clients to ACES Clinic. Your first visit is about getting to know you and understanding the full picture, in person or remotely.
Your first visit
You'll meet our kind, compassionate staff and review some basic information together. A comprehensive evaluation follows, with attention to the physical, developmental, emotional, cognitive, and social pieces that shape daily life.
A collaborative plan
Once intakes are complete, we review and explain the results together and answer your questions. From there, we build a treatment plan with you. Intake is available both in person at our Bloomington office and remotely.
Insurance & payment
Mental health appointments may be covered by your insurance plan. ACES is currently paneled with:
- Aetna
- Anthem
- CareSource
- UnitedHealthcare
- Cigna
Out-of-network clients may be able to submit a superbill for reimbursement. All other services are private pay at the time of service.
