ACES Clinic
Our Approach

Where knowing meets doing

Most adults and college students with ADHD don't struggle to understand what needs to happen, the gap shows up in the doing. At ACES Clinic, that gap is exactly what we treat.

Where knowing meets doing

The gap between knowing and doing

You know the assignment is due. You know you should answer that email. The gap shows up in carrying out tasks, consistently, in the messy context of real life. We start there, with your real days, not hypothetical scenarios.

Functional cognition, not isolated drills

At ACES Clinic, we work from functional cognition: not isolated executive-function exercises, but how thinking and doing come together in real-world performance. Strategies are built around how your brain actually works and the life you're actually living.

Three services, one coordinated plan

Occupational therapy builds functional strategies for daily doing. Mental health therapy addresses the anxiety, mood, and patterns ADHD often brings with it. Executive function coaching adds the accountability that keeps follow-through alive between sessions. Most clients touch more than one, coordinated into a single plan.

Clinical and evidence-informed

Our work is grounded in established clinical frameworks, performance-based assessment, and the training of licensed clinicians across mental health therapy, occupational therapy, and executive function support. This is clinical care, not coaching.
